The Hispanic Heritage Month Career Resource Fair runs Thursday, October 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Parkway Central Library on Vine Street, where Hispanic-serving workforce organizations and training programs will set up to help Philadelphians find the next job, or the training that leads to one.
